Wow housebuying is a pain in the butt. I found the perfect house and we made a full price offer but then they came back and wanted us to waive appraisal which meant that if it came in less we would have to make up the cash difference but why we would do that I have no clue and so we did not. Then we decided on the next house but again made a generous offer and it was declined because they wanted full price but would not budge. Those two houses were both owned by investors and so that did not work out. So, then we decided on the first one we looked at which was nice but not as great as the other two but still super nice. We went to make the offer this morning and guess what the bank had already accepted an offer on it this morning. Then the real estate sent another one that just went on the market this morning and we went to make an offer on it and guess what..yep, 3 offers already this morning. Whew so finally we have another one that is the same style as house 3 but nicer and it is bank owned so we have all the paperwork submitted and ready to go so we are doing that right now and will hear back within 2 days. I am just keeping my fingers crossed.

It appears that the Chinese have bought up a ton of land over by the mall and they are going to develop a huge outlet mall and they have bought up 35 houses this month and are making cash offers. Which is making it hard to pick up a house but again keeping my fingers crossed. They are all wonderful 5 bedroom, 3 bath homes over 3500 sq feet and lovely it is just which one are we going to get?  Will keep  you updated.
